From selected grape fields of East-Macedonia and Thrace, we collect grapes of the Cabernet and Merlot varieties with the strictest standards and we mix them with the cosmopolitan Syrah to create a unique mixture (cuvee) to set the "base"for aged EOTHINON.
A double heart extract which maintaines all the characteristics of the grapes. The classic flavours of the traditional bordeaux coming from Cabernet and Merlot, combined perfectly with the exquisite characteristics of chocolate and mocca from Syrah.
The distillate is placed in Oak barrels Radoux, famous for their high, in flavour, dynamics, give to aged EOTHINON maximum aromatic complexity during the aging process.
The result, is a shiny amber distillate, which sets the Greek proposal for those who know; the evolution of traditional tsipouro for the lovers of Premium products.
